Ways to get rewarded

Our Rewards and Referral Program gives back to loyal pet parents and celebrates those who help us grow. It's about appreciation, connection, and giving back to the people (and pets!) who make Nik Nak Pet Care possible.

Step 1

Earn as you book

1 point for every $1 you spend. Once your pet's service is complete, points come wagging into your account.

Step 2

Redeem for credit

Trade points for service credit, up to $50 off walks and drop ins, or $100 off pet sitting, per invoice.

Step 3

Refer friends

Share Nik Nak with a friend and you both get rewarded, credit for you, bonus points for them.

Rewards system

Loyalty pays off, literally

Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend and unlock rewards just for being a dedicated pet parent. Points convert to credit at a simple rate: 10 points = $1.

When you refer a friend to Nik Nak Pet Care, both of you get rewarded. There's no limit to how many friends you can refer, and no limit to what you can earn.

Here's what you get

  • 1 referral$20 credit
  • 3 referrals$60 credit
  • 5 referrals$100 credit or 5 free standard walks or drop ins

And here's what they get

When your friend signs up and books a service, they'll receive 25 reward points once the service is complete, and you'll receive 50 reward points for bringing them into the Nik Nak Pet Care family.
